You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Share your login credentials with others
Copy, distribute, or resell course content without permission
Upload or transmit harmful or illegal material
3. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, texts, and designs are the intellectual property of ExecutiveEdge Learning or its content partners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
4. User Accounts
To access some services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. Payments & Refunds
Course purchases are billed in euros (€). Refunds are available within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the course content has not been significantly accessed.
6. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted. ExecutiveEdge Learning shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
